Spare a Rose 2015 - 426 Children get insulin for a year

Earlier this year, the Spare a Rose - Save a Child campaign highlighted how lack of access to insulin is still killing children - and adults - with T1D. It helped me keep things in perspective whilst pondering our Dream Insulin Pump.

Kerri and Bennet ran a great campaign and Spare a Rose, raised over $25k,from 23 countries. That's enough to secure insulin for 426 children for one year.

Here's to an even more successful 2016 campaign!

Mike Lawson at the Diabetes Hands Foundation put together these beautiful images, illustrating the global reach of the contributions and the impact of the campaign this year. Thanks to Bennet for allowing me to share them here.
